Is so close to the Loughborough University only a 5 minute walk and a 2 minute cycle ride, the house is centrally located so friends are always walking past we are also near the Ashby Road which is an easy link to both the Town and the Uni. My room had plenty of storage space for my belongings and there is a large living space too! great house for student living.

This is a large spacious house and the garden is also large, it takes roughly 5 minute to venture into Town and my engineering department at Loughborough University took me minutes to walk there and back! Radmoor Road is a very popular street for students and I would use student lets again and recommend them to other students. Kitchen was really big.

Majority of my lectures are situated in James France so it’s about a 10 minute walk from the house which is good, also being only 10 minutes away from the town centre meant it’s easier to get shopping done and also easy for going out to clubs in town. This is a large house with lots of room, and a massive kitchen and garden; it’s also situated along the main road that everyone walks to, to get to University so friends could always find where we were. I would recommend students-lets to anyone their terms of agreement where easy to understand, and the maintenance team very efficient and arrived whenever they advised, Roger our landlord was very accessible and easy to communicate with.

Radmoor Road is a great road, very quiet with no problems, it is also very near the park so we can go there and kick a football around. The size of this house is fantastic, big comfortable rooms and a huge kitchen. It’s defiantly my home away from home! Everything I needed was in walking distance the campus takes about 5 minutes and also Sainsbury’s for my weekly shop and the town centre clubs. Roger our landlord from Student-Lets is always available and has done everything he can to help us in the uncommon event of a problem. the minor problems we did have with our accommodation was quickly sorted out and the maintenance team returned our call and any problems where quickly rectified. I found student lets a pain free experience and an easy way to rent a student house; I would definitely use them again!

Great area plenty of fellow students live close by. We had a large size dinning/living area with a large TV on the wall , very cosy property. We could park our cars out side relatively easy. Loughborough University approx 10 min walk which kept me fit! I was also very close to the town centre and Sainsbury’s, especially the chip shop! Student Lets gave a very good service and any problems with our property were dealt with quickly keeping the property excellent condition. I would definitely use Student Lets again.

Good size living area meaning we could all sit together; the kitchen was big so we could all cook at the same time and the double glazing meant the house kept warm and cosy in the winter . This house located in the “Golden Triangle” lots of other students nearby, the university is a short walk and the town centre was very close meaning a short walk to the bars and clubs which is nice, no need for taxis. We received a very good service from Roger and the maintenance team; it was always easy to get in touch when needed even on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend student lets to other students. Loved the house!!!

53 William Street is in the middle of the “Golden Triangle” with the Town Centre literally around the corner and fairly close to the campus only a short cycle to my department each morning. My friends also lived nearby which was great. Our Student house was a very comfortable spacious house, and everything we needed was provided, the garden was a big plus and there was somewhere to store our bikes and have a BBQ in the summer. The service from Student Lets has been good, Roger has been very friendly and easily contacted and I never had a problem with him or the company. Any queries we had with the Terms and Conditions of the letting were settled upon questioning Roger and the experience of letting had been hassle free and I would be more than happy to recommend Student-Lets again.

Garden great for BBQ’s and for relaxing in during the summer months, . Our house was located roughly 5 minutes from the art College and about 8 minutes from the University campus, also we were about 2 minutes from the centre of Town, with Sainsbury’s close by and The Griffin Pub on the doorstep everything was extremely convenient. This is a good sized property for 6 people with a cosy living room, and an effective heating system. The maintenance team were easily contactable and sorted out any issues we may have had easily, they always turned up on the time stated, the terms of our agreement was clear and concise and easily understandable, Roger was friendly and easy to deal with, always contactable and happy to answer any questions.

53 William Street is situated on a pretty quiet road for traffic, even so we are surrounded by students. University takes me 5 minutes to cycle to and the town centre is literally on our doorstep. The house is really nicely furnished in neautral colours. kitchen, sofas and décor was the best we found! Roger was really easy to contact and always friendly and approachable, and any problems we had were sorted out as soon as possible! I would happy to use Student-Lets again!

18 Hastings Street is right in the “Golden Triangle” short walk to campus and 5 minutes walk to Sainsbury’s and 5 minute walk to the centre of town, we were near the Paget Arms and other bars. 18 Hastings Street has a really comfortable living area and a sizeable kitchen; all the rooms are of a decent size, all to a really good standard! the house was tastefully decked out in neutral colours. If I had another year as a Student at Loughborough University I would definitely rent from Student-Lets again!

18 Hastings Street is probably in the best area within the Triangle, based in a nice quiet cul-de-sac, this has a very homely feeling and the whole house makes Loughborough life just that little bit sweeter! We were based in a really good location, a nice easy walk to the campus, and Sainsbury’s literally on the doorstep, ideal if you are as disorganised as I was. Student-Lets terms of agreement were easily explained by Roger, and the maintenance team were always on hand to help with any issues we had. Roger was a top landlord and this is a smart house, what more could you need!

This house is well maintained clean and homely with a good sized lounge, nice bathrooms and kitchen; Situated in the sociable side of town, “The Golden Triangle”. It was about a 10 minute walk to my lectures and 5 minutes from the centre of town and 2 minutes to the local shops and service. renting from Student-Lets had been the best we’ve ever had at Loughborough; we did experience a problem with our boiler the maintenance team were quick to respond and gave accurate details of the times they would arrive, and within a day the boiler issue was solved and they had re-decorated the cosmetic damages , good job it was snowing like made that day. Roger has been an excellent and trustworthy landlord, who actually cares about his homes and his tenants. I would highly recommend Student-Lets.

18 Hastings Street, Is in a little cul-de-sac so no noise or disturbances, it’s a great location, 10 min walk to university and so close to Sainsbury’s and the Paget a lovely local pub, the house has a cosy kitchen and living area, with a small garden, the parking is a little limited when the local school chuck out time though. Roger was very accessible and very friendly and easy to communicate with and Trevor the maintenance man is extremely friendly and efficient. I would defiantly recommend Student-Lets to friends and would use them again.

Its in the perfect location, extremely close to everything you need, Sainsbury’s is at the end of the road, and it took no more than 10 minutes walk to the University. Roger Lanza is the best landlord ever, easy to talk to and always happy to sort out any problems as soon as possible

Whilst we have been here we have had new kitchen appliances fitted as the last broke down, and the maintenance team arrived when they said. I loved the big TV in the living room. 19 Curzon Street is big and roomy; the house is fully heated, safe and has a good spacious living area, parking in the area is good, although I walk to the University and it took me around 15 minutes to my department. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away and I enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of shops and places to eat and drink and go clubbing without having to have a taxi home. Student-Lets and Roger have been very reliable and everyone was easy to get hold of if we had any problems.

Loved the lounge with large flat screen T.V on the wall. Within a 10 minute walk to the campus and 3 minutes from the Town centre the house was perfect for all the local amenities and shopping facilities. Letting from Student-Lets couldn’t have been easier requiring one meeting with Roger Lanza the landlord and everything was explained over a cup of tea! I would definitely use Student-Lets again.

23 Curzon Street was perfect for me and my Loughborough student house mates as it was both close to Campus 10 minutes and Town 3 minutes away, the living room was the best I had seen and all the bedrooms are of a good size. Roger was easily reachable at any time and any issue were resolved quickly without any hassle. Student-Lets maintenance team were fantastic and arrived quickly as well as doing an excellent job, the letting procedure was quick and easy, details were explained clearly and the process was quick better still didn’t have to give a holding deposit, I would certainly use Student-Lets again!

Good house with good size rooms, the kitchen even has a dishwasher! I was impressed by the short walk into town and how close Loughborough University was! Student-Lets and Roger our landlord was always a phone call away and everything was done with the minimal of fuss. I was impressed on how easy and stress free the whole student letting procedure was from student-lets, dealing with Roger the landlord direct made a massive difference.

The house felt homely, the furniture was comfortable, good size desk in the bedrooms. Brilliant location close to Sainsbury’s for the food shop and really close to the campus and town centre. Roger was great and was quick to sort out any problems and queries, the whole procedure of letting from a specialist student landlord was easy to understand and everything we didn’t understand was explained at the time of letting, I would defiantly use Student-Lets again.

I was impressed by the house and the location, this house is situated in a safe neighbourhood, also being close to both the Town Centre and University. I enjoyed being close to the Leisure Centre in Town which takes about 5 minutes to walk and the university was in close proximity and took me about 10 minutes to walk. The house and décor are well looked after, and all the bedrooms are good sizes. Roger Lanza was always accessible, and the maintenance team always arrived when needed and things were sorted out promptly. I would use Student-Lets again and I would also recommend them to others.

3 Curzon Street situated in a great location on a quiet road, not far from University or Town. 3 Curzon had a lovely homely atmosphere, the décor was light and airy all the bedrooms and the living space are of a good size.the leather sofas were especially comfortable. We were close to Loughborough University and the Town Centre, it was very convenient being near to the shops, banks and the leisure centre, and we were also close to the Train Station. Brilliant location! Any requests we made to our landlord Roger were fulfilled and the maintenance team were easy to contact and would come on the day or next day and would always arrived on time. The terms of our let were explained clearly and all questions answered, I would use Student-Lets again and recommend them to other students.I had a great time and have fond memories living at 3 Curzon!

12 Cauldwell Street, this house has lots of character Roger was very accessible when needed, and we were very close to the town and university which is helpful, any problems were quickly sorted out and when our washing machine broke it was fixed within the next day. I would use Student-Lets again as the whole procedure of letting from a specialist student landlord was straightforward and easy. The house had a load of original victorian character and decorated very tastefully.

A beautifully and tasfull decor, with large double bedrooms and nice furniture. We had no problems and the house was easy to keep clean and look after.
