Great area plenty of fellow students live close by. We had a large size dinning/living area with a large TV on the wall , very cosy property. We could park our cars out side relatively easy. Loughborough University approx 10 min walk which kept me fit! I was also very close to the town centre and Sainsbury’s, especially the chip shop! Student Lets gave a very good service and any problems with our property were dealt with quickly keeping the property excellent condition. I would definitely use Student Lets again.

Good size living area meaning we could all sit together; the kitchen was big so we could all cook at the same time and the double glazing meant the house kept warm and cosy in the winter . This house located in the “Golden Triangle” lots of other students nearby, the university is a short walk and the town centre was very close meaning a short walk to the bars and clubs which is nice, no need for taxis. We received a very good service from Roger and the maintenance team; it was always easy to get in touch when needed even on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend student lets to other students. Loved the house!!!

53 William Street is in the middle of the “Golden Triangle” with the Town Centre literally around the corner and fairly close to the campus only a short cycle to my department each morning. My friends also lived nearby which was great. Our Student house was a very comfortable spacious house, and everything we needed was provided, the garden was a big plus and there was somewhere to store our bikes and have a BBQ in the summer. The service from Student Lets has been good, Roger has been very friendly and easily contacted and I never had a problem with him or the company. Any queries we had with the Terms and Conditions of the letting were settled upon questioning Roger and the experience of letting had been hassle free and I would be more than happy to recommend Student-Lets again.

Garden great for BBQ’s and for relaxing in during the summer months, . Our house was located roughly 5 minutes from the art College and about 8 minutes from the University campus, also we were about 2 minutes from the centre of Town, with Sainsbury’s close by and The Griffin Pub on the doorstep everything was extremely convenient. This is a good sized property for 6 people with a cosy living room, and an effective heating system. The maintenance team were easily contactable and sorted out any issues we may have had easily, they always turned up on the time stated, the terms of our agreement was clear and concise and easily understandable, Roger was friendly and easy to deal with, always contactable and happy to answer any questions.

53 William Street is situated on a pretty quiet road for traffic, even so we are surrounded by students. University takes me 5 minutes to cycle to and the town centre is literally on our doorstep. The house is really nicely furnished in neautral colours. kitchen, sofas and décor was the best we found! Roger was really easy to contact and always friendly and approachable, and any problems we had were sorted out as soon as possible! I would happy to use Student-Lets again!
