12 Cauldwell Street, this house has lots of character Roger was very accessible when needed, and we were very close to the town and university which is helpful, any problems were quickly sorted out and when our washing machine broke it was fixed within the next day. I would use Student-Lets again as the whole procedure of letting from a specialist student landlord was straightforward and easy. The house had a load of original victorian character and decorated very tastefully.

A beautifully and tasfull decor, with large double bedrooms and nice furniture. We had no problems and the house was easy to keep clean and look after. We received an amazing level of service from Roger he is an easy going landlord and was always happy to help and sort out any problems, Trevor our maintenance man is lovely and always turns up on time to fix any problems although we haven’t had any real problems. We are using Student-Lets again this year as we have really enjoyed our stay!

12 Cauldwell Street is a lovely house centrally located to the town and Loughborough university. The bedrooms are a good sizes ,loft room was the pick of the rooms but all of use were really happy. lovely and homely feel, cute garden. Hassle free student letting.
